    pack up list - primary

    List of items to pack for whole family evacuation (return time not known)

    questions to ask:
    1- Can we take two or more vehicles?
    2- Will the church move our food storage for us?
    3- Can the church take the contents of the CERT cache?
    4- Can the dog go?
    5- Can someone take the complete scout trailer for those people without camping supplies?

    food storage and other things to go to the church:
    food storage in cans, buckets, and bottles
    triage kits KM-1 & KM-2 from CERT cache
    2 backboards
    2 stretchers
    Can the church take food storage in boxes and soft packages?
    If so box up as much as we can and send it to the church pick up point.
    If not still box it up and put it in the trailer.

    in the trailer:
    d-bags and accessories

    food:
    all 72-hour backpacks and kits (complete)
    coolers packed with refrigerated/frozen items
    (we will need the coolers later for storing of freshly hunted game)
    boxes packed with “soft” non-refrigerated foods that the church will not take
    wooden box of seeds


    shelter and heat:
    large green Kirkham’s family tent and poles bag and extra poles
    largest nylon tent for storage of supplies
    Kirkham’s vehicle shade tarp (dark green bag)
    Easy (EZ) Up
    bucket of tent stakes
    all concrete stakes
    4- large oil skin tarps (12' x 16')
    4 dog wood stove with water tank and flue inside
    sleeping bags for each person
    all sleeping cots
    all foam sleeping pads and air mattresses

    quilts from everyone’s beds
    all space blankets (put in everyone’s personal bags)

    sanitation and water:
    porta-potty (complete)
    porta-potty privy tent
    6- 5 gallon brown water containers empty (1 full)
    2- 5 gallon empty buckets with lids (put inside it)
    all liquid dish soap
    all shampoo and hand soap
    all laundry soap and bleach
    personal hygiene items for each person (to include):
    1- wash cloth, hand towel, and bath towel for each person
    1- razor with multiple blades
    1- toothbrush
    2- tubes of toothpaste (large)
    several rolls of floss
    Sanitation Tupperware in storage room (to include):
    all water filters and filtration socks and kits
    Berkefeld water filter and extra ceramic filters
    all activated carbon boxes
    bottles of ammonia
    solar water shower bag
    2- metal bung wrenches
    cotton swabs
    3 plungers (for clothes washer in buckets)
    baby wipes
    1- 55 gallon water barrels (empty)
    water pump for 55 gallon barrel
    FHP’s (girl stuff)
    2 bolts of flannel material (to be used as TP)
    all of the toilet paper we can stuff in the cracks

    cooking:
    all Dutch ovens
    cast iron skillets & bread molds
    2- camp propane ovens
    camp chef stove and accessory bag with griddles
    sun oven and reflector oven
    rocket stove
    cooking grill for fire
    200 lbs. charcoal bags double bagged in black plastic bags
    2- hand wheat grinders (Bosch Family Grain Mill and Back to Basics)
    camp chuck box with everything in it (see chuck box inventory)
    put in the chuck box as extra all of the eating utensils, dishcloths, and the kitchen knife set from the kitchen
    kitchen Tupperware (to include):
    all boxes of Zip-lok bags
    all canning lids
    mixer pitchers

    extra parts box for Family Grain Mill
    2- 5 gallon propane tanks (mount on front of trailer)

    all bandanas and handkerchiefs

    1- baseball cap or full brimmed hat
    ponchos

    an additional duffle bag for winter clothing per person to (to include)
