Scalloped Potatoes

- 2 c. DH potato slices
- 3 c. water
- 2 Tb. dry milk + ½ c. water
- 1 Tb. flour
- 1 Tb. DH onion
- ½ lb DH cheese
- salt
Reconstitute potatoes, margarine, milk, onion and cheese all separately. Saute onions in butter or grease until soft but not browned. Stir in flour and salt. Add milk and cook until smooth and think stirring continually. Add cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees
