I have simple go/no go gauges/ Stick to reputable MFGRs and you will have few if any issues on headspacing.

do you have headspacing tools? which ones do you recommend? simple go/no go?

Not as accurate as non chrome lined. The nature of the process makes the chrome lining not consistent in thickness through out the bore and it is done after rifling. If you are shooting loads of corrosive ammo (the only of which was made years ago, not even Wolf makes it any more in NATO cal.) and some how regular cleaning is against your religion you would want the chrome lined bore. Other wise it is of little benifit.
