    http://www.ldspreppers.com/showthrea...highlight=soup Recipe here on Preppers for cream soup mix that can also be used for condensed soup replacement. Note: if you use cornstarch to thicken soup, you cannot freeze it. It will lose it's ability to hold thick texture.
