Admit it. You watch Mythbusters and even record episodes that air when you are going to be away. Remember that little black book that Adam pulls from his shirt pocket when he and Jamie are creating their test platforms? This is that book and there is a very good reason he is using it. This books has it all.

Every family should have at least one copy of this book in their home. Need the hardness values for bolts? It's in the book. How about an airport code? The rank insignia for military? First Aid? Area Codes, Zip Codes, ASCII Code? It is all in there too. This is the book you'll wish you had if you ever need to find the values for replacement hardware or new construction items.

From personal experience, I know that handing this book to a man will shut him up for hours. Once he cracks it open, he won't surface for a long time.

In our family, the ladies use it as much as the men. The guys are always on go with their jobs and when something minor fails at home the mom's fix it faster than the time it would take to get their guys to respond ... and yes, they pick up the right hardness bolts for bike and trike repairs because they read the code on the head of the old bolt and looked up the value in the Pocket Ref.

No need for more description. Just get it. Perfect for Christmas stockings and birthdays.
