I have blogged several gluten free (http://cheftessbakeresse.blogspot.com/search/label/gluten%20free) recipes that may or may not be year's supply friendly, but may just start you thinking outside of the normal foods. If you are on a gluten free diet it means you don't eat any wheat, but also any of the protein found in wheat called gluten. A lot of people are under the misguided understanding that having oats or barley in place of wheat in their year's supply will solve that problem. This is not necessarily true. Oats and barley can cross pollinate with wheat fields, and thus be contaminated with a small amount of gluten. It is best to base a gluten free year's supply on rice, corn, legumes and vegetables. If you are eating meat, make sure the meat substitutes (like TVP) don't also incorporate some use of "gluten meat" or seitan. If pre packaged foods don't specifically say "Gluten Free", never assume that they are.
